We offer lawn services for residential homes, apartments, offices, industrial areas, retail business’s, municipal and townships or sports complex’s. Your investment in lawn care will maximize your home’s curb appeal and increase the value of your property. Upon request, Mark 1 Landscape, Inc. will conduct an annual audit of plants, trees and irrigation.

Mark 1 Landscaping Inc – Lawn Care Services

  • Mowing:
    Your lawn will be mowed at a height most suitable for your specific needs.
  • Trimming:
    We love clean lines and you will too. We will trim all walkways, driveways and landscape borders each mowing during the growing season.
  • Clean-up:
    We make sure to clean up our mess by blowing all debris from walkways, patios, decks, parking areas, etc.

Mark 1 Landscaping Inc – Fertilization

Complete 5-step program is available or pick and choose the applications you desire.

The 5-step program includes:

  • Early Spring:
    Fertilizer with season-long crabgrass control
  • Late Spring:
    Fertilizer with broadleaf control
  • Summer:
    Super U slow release nitrogen to maintain you lawns fertility in the heat of summer
  • Fall:
    Fertilizer with broadleaf control
  • Late Fall:
    Protects your lawn through winter and develops a stronger root system

We use granular products for all main applications to minimize any damage to flower beds or ornamentals due to spray drift. We will use hand held tank sprayers for spot weed treatments.
