The Mark 1 Landscape Inc Design Process
We truly believe that a truly great landscape starts with a great design and plan of action. That is why we have a 4 step process to ensure a great landscaping project from beginning to end.
Step 1 – Consultation
We begin the design process by scheduling and holding a consultation. During this time we will meet with you, conduct a site walk-through and identify your goals, design ideas, desired budget range. If all involved believe we are the right fit for your project goals we will move into step 2.
Step 2- Concept Design
We will take a site inventory and analysis along with all the notes from our meeting to begin our initial design. This design will showcase where garden and planting areas will be placed, identify any architectural framework, and materials to be used. Once the design has been approved by you we move right into step 3.
Step 3- Material Gathering and Final Project Planning
Once the design is approved we will schedule the time for the landscape project to move into the construction phase. We will order and acquire all the necessary building materials, plant life, etc needed.
Step 4 – Landscape Construction & Follow Up.
We begin and finish the landscape construction and bring your vision to life. We then make sure to clean up the project site and follow up with you to see how the new plants are adapting to their new home. We are also available for landscape maintenance and clean up all year round to keep your property looking spectacular year after year.
